Breaking News: West Virginia football has began slate of 2025 Summer Camps this weekend

In preparation for the upcoming month-long 2025 Summer Camps, West Virginia football will start hosting groups of high school athletes to campus this weekend.

WVU Football Camps

Although these camps are purely developmental for some athletes, they also give prospective recruits who have received offers a chance to showcase their abilities to the WVU coaching staff, who may also find undiscovered talent that merits an offer. Several high school athletes have already declared their intention to go to a Morgantown camp during the summer.

Coaches and staff members can assess a player’s suitability for the program based on their skill set and cultural fit by interacting with them during drills and observing their performance against level competition. Additionally, giving prospective recruits comments might help shape them into better athletes before they even set foot on campus.
